We at Union strongly believe that customer satisfaction is the foundation of our business. We strive to make sure that our customers are well taken care of. Saying this, we try our best to avoid any conflicts that may arise so we made sure to state all our policies clearly to avoid any misunderstanding.

Delivery Policy:

    1-Union uses a third party logistics partner so your order will be delivered the same day. Orders made after 8 p.m. will be delivered the next day.
    2- Once you have received the order, our logistics partner will ask you for your physical signature. Your signature will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
    3- If our logistics partner reached your address and fail to deliver the order, please contact our customer service department to arrange an alternative delivery time. We will not be responsible for any orders that are not delivered within a period of 14 days after the day of purchase.
    4-The delivery charge MUST be paid.
    5-You have the right to cancel your purchase but it has to be canceled before the merchandise leaves the warehouse. If you canceled the purchase after it left the warehouse, you are required to pay the delivery fee seeing as we are using a third party logistics company.

We are pleased to offer a free returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Your returned item must arrive at the Union warehouse no later than 14 days after your delivery date under these following conditions only:
    1-Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
    2- Returned or exchanged items must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without negotiating the items quality, fake, defective or does not match the specifications stated on www.unionkwt.com.
    3-Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
    4- If an item has a Union security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
    5-Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
 
    6- Returns that are damaged, spoiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
    7-Final Sale items may not be returned.
    8-Union monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
*Note:  Please take care when trying on purchases, as all products must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Refund:

Once your return has been received and accepted by Union, your refund will be completed excluding the delivery costs.

    1-You have the right to receive your refund in full. We will not deduct any kind of transactions fees, such as visa/mastercard/knet fees or processing fees, from your refund amount.
    2-Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days. Any national holidays may interfere with the process.
